Riesling dry white wine Harvested manually in late September from Kokas-hill, followed by a spontanious fermentation in oak, and a malic acid degradation, then matured in oak barrels of various sizes for 8 months. Its slightly mineral, lean character with beautiful notes of pear and almond is supplemented by elegant, harmonious, pure taste – a fine Riesling at it’s best.
